Mobile Alloy Wheel Repairs Bury
Kerb rash and scrapes on painted alloy wheels repaired at your workplace or home, normally with the wheel left on the car.
Kerbed wheels fixed where you've parked

Tight bays, tall kerbs on town-centre streets and narrow drives all take their toll on wheels. Kerb rash on a painted rim is cosmetic, and repairing it usually costs much less than a replacement wheel. It also stops a scruffy rim dragging down the look of an otherwise tidy car.
Worth knowing before you book: painted alloys are the only wheels we take on. We don't refurbish diamond-cut wheels, change wheel colours or repair cracked or buckled wheels.
Getting ready for the visit
- Park with the damaged wheels on the outside if you can, with space to kneel beside them.
- Leave the locking wheel nut key in the glovebox in case we need it.
- Keep tyre shine off the wheels in the week before, because it stops paint bonding properly.
What we do at the wheel
- Inspect the rim to confirm the damage is cosmetic and not a crack or a buckle.
- Sand away the rash and fill deeper gouges, shaping them to the rim's profile.
- Prime the area and heat cure it.
- Spray the matching wheel colour and lamp-cure it.
- Finish with a tough clear lacquer and run through aftercare with you.
Each painted alloy we refinish is guaranteed for a year after the job is signed off, on the basis described in our terms and conditions.
